Messaging consent

How Polyform messaging works for recipients

  • You only receive texts from a Polyform-powered program if you opted in: you texted the program's keyword (for example JOIN) to its number, or you gave your mobile number to the business and agreed to receive its texts.
  • Keyword opt-in: texting the keyword gets an immediate confirmation:
    "You opted in to receive texts from the business named in this message, via Polyform (OpLevel AI LLC). Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
  • Business-collected opt-in: the first message names the business and states you can reply STOP to opt out at any time.
  • Consent is voluntary and is never a condition of purchase, account creation, or completing a transaction.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
