$500 a credit. One balance, two uses.
Credits add capacity when you want it. They do not unlock basic access, and they are not how you pay for the foundation being maintained.
Three things worth ruling out first.
Not access
The platform, unlimited users, the weekly expert, and foundation maintenance are in the monthly base. Credits never gate those.
Not a maintenance meter
Ordinary repair of the agreed foundation is included. You are not billed a credit because AI found a broken data path.
Not a token bill
The unit is the useful thing being consumed, not raw model tokens you have to translate into business meaning.
Two situations, one balance.
You approve credits, and Polyform’s expert team scopes, builds, reviews, and delivers a defined outcome. The delivery charge and the usage required to operate the result are separate concepts.
AI actions, data movement, and search under the current catalogue — visible against the same balance.
The current agreement controls the detail.
Credit value, the outcome catalogue, the usage catalogue, rounding, rollover, expiration, and overage mechanics are confirmed in writing rather than inferred from a web page.
An expert-delivered outcome is scoped and approved before work begins. You are not surprised by a deliverable you did not ask for.
You can see what was consumed and what it was consumed on.
One credit is $500. It buys completed outcomes, not hours.
A credit is a unit of capacity you can spend two ways: have Polyform’s expert team deliver a defined outcome, or cover the variable platform usage your team generates. One balance, both uses.
One credit for any expert-delivered outcome.
Each approved expert-delivered outcome costs 1 credit. The examples below have a definition of done: a finished, reviewed, validated result.
Metered on useful output, not technical complexity.
Each unit below maps to an output or volume your team can understand. The current agreement controls how attempts, retries, and failures are treated.
ELT volume is a monthly allowance, and it gets cheaper as it grows.
Rows synced by our partners; conditions apply. Pick the tier that covers your monthly volume — you are not metered per pipeline.
One million rows costs a credit. A hundred million costs five. The volume story is deliberately in your favour as you grow.
Ask what your first quarter would actually consume.
Bring the work you have in mind and we will be concrete rather than theoretical.
